These materials are stable in transit and do not require cold-pack shipping, which can run colder than the material tolerates. Tracking is emailed when the label prints.

Storage on receipt

Refrigerated at 36–46°F. Protect from light. Reconstituted compounds should follow the storage guidance specific to their formulation — consult your research protocol.

Damaged or compromised shipments

If your shipment arrives with broken vials or any sign of compromise, photograph the package on receipt and email support@peprally.bio. We replace damaged orders.
